- PhD in Education / Training and Performance Improvement
This program is designed to help aspiring professionals advance in their careers to leadership roles such as training director, professor, chief learning officer, or manager of learning and performance improvement. Students in this program will gain a deeper understanding of tactical and strategic topics and how they affect the success of performance improvement interventions.
- MS in Education / Training and Performance Improvement
If you are a training specialist, instructional designer, career counselor, adult educator, sales trainer, or performance improvement consultant, this program was designed for you. This program teaches individuals how to apply human performance technology to improve productivity in an organization.
