Westwood College of Technology has designed this degree program to concentrate on game software development and software engineering basics. Students will learn needed technical competencies in software development. These competencies can then be used in high-tech professions in specializations like interactive entertainment and game development.

• Bachelor of Science in Game Art & Design
  This degree focuses on the artistic portion of games – not computer programming. This innovative program is a student’s first step to becoming a designer or artist within the profitable game design industry. Students will improve their fundamental design and art skills, study how to create background and game play, design environments and their characters, and use their knowledge of computer and video games to assess different game products. Students will also study how to design the game setting and establish choices for characters.

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology / Multimedia and Animation
  Students will study how to create contemporary websites that combine consumer-aimed information and interactive media. Students will also study virtual tours and learn how to produce games and animation. Classes include: Website Animation Integration; Animation for Gaming; and Animation Behaviors.
