Students enrolled in this program will strengthen doctoral research and problem-solving skills to prepare for leadership challenges they may face. This program prepares the student for a career in directing a post-secondary institution, human services agencies, or military and religious organizations at an academic or executive level.
- Master of Science in Education / Leadership for Higher Education
The Leadership for Higher Education specialization is designed specifically for education professional interested in leadership opportunities in higher education settings, including post-secondary institutions, human services agencies, military units and religious organizations.
PhD programs require 1-week residencies per year for three years. Capella University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and is also a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
