Higher Education
Higher education, as provided by 4-year universities and colleges (i.e. Harvard, Stanford, Yale, etc.), is usually theoretically inclined. Alternatively, higher education and training provided by vocational universities and schools (i.e. University of Phoenix, DeVry, ITT Technical Institute, etc.), usually emphasizes both practice and applied theory.
