  This leadership degree program prepares leaders for the modern global enterprise systems by researching and applying advanced leadership theory in today's organizations. • Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership
  This degree program in Organizational Leadership helps students explore their personal readiness to become leaders in their current organizations or professions. • Master of Arts in Business Communication / Influence and Leadership
  To be an effective business leader, you must know how to use communication skills in various contexts, whether in situations of crisis and conflict, in work teams, or in front of a larger audience. In the Leadership and Influence specialization, you will learn how to address these challenges by incorporating principles of positive leadership into communication. In addition, you will also learn about increasing demand by institutions and corporations for leadership in conflict resolution and ethical negotiation. • MS Leadership - Disaster Preparedness & Crisis Management
  The Master of Science in Leadership with an Emphasis in Disaster Preparedness and Crisis Management offers classes in crisis management, disaster preparation, occupational health and safety, and environmental issues directly related to leadership. These courses will teach the skills needed by leaders in emergency public response and safety.
